Text message program.

Oakwell Relay — Owner Alerts: the text messages Oakwell Digital sends to the business owners who subscribe to Relay Plus or Relay Pro, how consent is collected, and how to stop them. Effective 2026-09-04.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your lead volume. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel at any time.

Who sends these messages

Oakwell Advisory Group operates this program through its Oakwell Digital division. Messages are signed “Oakwell Relay,” the name of the lead platform that generates them. Oakwell Advisory Group, Oakwell Digital, and Oakwell Relay are trade names of Oakwell Commercial Ventures LLC, the registered entity behind this campaign, so the sender in a message and the registrant on the campaign are the same business.

Text delivery is handled by Twilio. Messages are sent from our registered 10DLC number in the United States.

Who receives them

Only the owner or an authorized employee of a business that subscribes to Relay Plus or Relay Pro, at a mobile number that person enters themselves in the Oakwell client portal and confirms with a separate consent checkbox.

We do not text the consumers who submit forms on our clients' websites. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. This is a customer-care program that reports a client's own incoming leads back to them.

What the messages cover

Three kinds of message are sent under this program, with sample text for each.

New lead alerts

Sent when someone submits the contact form on the website we operate for the client.

Oakwell Relay: New lead for J.C. Lawn Care. John S., (555) 555-0123, requested a quote for weekly mowing. Details: https://oakwellrelay.com/portal/leads

Unanswered-lead reminders

Sent when leads from the previous day have no response logged in the portal.

Oakwell Relay: You have 2 leads from yesterday with no response logged. View them: https://oakwellrelay.com/portal/leads Reply STOP to opt out.

Weekly performance summaries

One recap a week for clients whose plan includes reporting.

Oakwell Relay weekly summary for J.C. Lawn Care: 7 leads, 5 contacted, 2 awaiting response. Full report: https://oakwellrelay.com/portal/analytics

Phone numbers shown in samples are from the reserved 555-01xx range and are not real customer numbers.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your lead volume. A lead alert is sent for each inquiry your website receives, so a business receiving five inquiries a week receives about five alerts a week. Reminders are sent only when a lead from the previous day has no logged response. Summaries are weekly. Nothing else is sent under this program.

Lead alerts that would arrive between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM local time are held and delivered the following morning. The matching email alert always goes out immediately, so nothing waits on a text message.

Cost

Oakwell does not charge you for the messages themselves; text alerts are included in your Relay Plus or Relay Pro subscription up to your plan's monthly allowance. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and Oakwell is not responsible for those charges.

How to stop the messages

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT are all honored automatically by our messaging provider. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts are sent to that number.

You can also turn text alerts off at any time in the client portal, or email [email protected]. Opting out of texts never affects your subscription: email alerts and your portal lead inbox continue exactly as before. To start again, turn text alerts back on in the portal and check the consent box a second time, or reply START to the last message you received.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for support contact information, or email [email protected] at any time. Support is also available in the support area of your client portal.

How consent is collected

Consent is collected in the Oakwell client portal, on the lead-alert settings for the client's website. Nothing is pre-checked: the client turns on text alerts, types their own mobile number, and then checks a separate consent box carrying the full disclosure. The date and time of that consent is recorded with the account, and the box is shown again if the number changes.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything. Relay Plus and Relay Pro can be purchased and used in full with email alerts only.

The opt-in screen, reproduced in full below. The live screen sits behind a client login at Portal → your website → Lead alerts, so the same fields and the same disclosure text are shown here for review.

Lead alerts

Mobile number

The disclosure next to the consent box reads, in full:

I agree to receive text messages from Oakwell Relay at this number about the leads my website receives. Message frequency varies with your lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Notice.

Your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and we do not sell them. The mobile number you provide and the record of your consent are used only to send you the messages described on this page.

The only party that receives your number is Twilio, our messaging provider, which needs it to deliver the message on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes. Our full Privacy Notice describes how we handle personal information generally.

Carriers and delivery

Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Because of that, every message in this program has an email equivalent that is sent at the same time, and everything is always visible in the portal.

This program supports mobile numbers in the United States on carriers that support A2P 10DLC messaging. Your handset must be able to receive SMS.

Changes and contact

We will update this page as the program changes; material changes are reflected here with a new effective date, and the disclosure shown at opt-in is updated to match. Questions about this program: [email protected].
